May 2014 witnessed his engaging presentation at the Lebanese League Against Epilepsy, discussing the Resection of Motor Cortex Cortical Dysplasia. Dr. Darwish’s commitment to advancing medical knowledge extended into February 2014 at the Lebanese League Against Epilepsy, where he delved into the nuances of Functional Hemispheretomy with Motor Sparing Technique.

In 2018, he contributed to the literature on the management of pituitary adenomas through Mononostril Endoscopic Transsphenoidal Surgery.
